You need to amend the control file in the directory that is being used
by jPOS-EE.  When it starts the first message block out will tell you
the directory from which the components are read in from.  Using :-

      "ant run"
I get :-

run:
[java] Created MBeanServer with ID: 691f36:1050c735204:-8000:mroom:1
      [java] <log realm="Q2.system" at="Tue Jul 12 20:09:08 BST 2005.562">
      [java]   <info>
      [java]     Q2 started, deployDir=C:\eclipse\workspace\ee\build\deploy
      [java]   </info>
      [java] </log>

This deploy dir is where your changes need to be made, or indeed at the
module 'source' level (in
[jPOS-EE_install_dir]\modules\clientsimulator\deploy)

It seems you have missed a step in the setup, you are missing some
library files (irclib.jar in this instance).

In your jPOS-ee install directory, please run :-

        ant

which will incur all of the build.xml steps, including the target
"modules" which copies any libraries distributed with a module into the
relevant deploy/build directory.
